Teach Together in Europe

Since 2021, our Partnership has been one of only two Providers involved in an Initial Teacher Training partnership with three international schools in Brussels, Rome and Prague. Our Trainee teachers have the opportunity to apply for and complete a short, 5-week placement in one of these schools. These placements are sure to give them new ideas they can then bring back to British classrooms, and will prepare them for changes in education as the sector increasingly looks globally for inspiration. They will also get a chance to enjoy living in their host city, where local staff will help them make the most of the cultural opportunities. During this time, their progress is monitored by SCITT Programme Leaders.
