As an organisation within The Sea View Trust, The Head of SCITT reports termly to the Trust Trustees.
The Strategic Leadership Group
The Strategic Leadership Group (SLG) operates similar to a School's Governing Body. It is made up of Trust and School Leaders from our Partnership, all of whom have significant experience as School and Teacher Development Leaders. They meet regularly to receive updates from the SCITT Leadership Team with standing agenda items about Trainee progress, support, recruitment and the SCITT Evaluation and Development Plans. They hold Leaders to account to ensure the SCITT continually improves.
