Introduction to the Role of the Induction Tutor

  This session is aimed at Induction Tutors that are either new to the role or are working with Embrace Appropriate Body for the first time. It explains the two-year period of Induction for new teachers and covers the Early Career Teacher Entitlements. You will also be provided with guidance on the role and responsibilities of the Induction Tutor.

This recording guides Induction Tutors through the process of writing and submitting termly Progress Reviews and Formal Assessments on ECT Manager. It guides you through the process of assessing ECTs against Teachers' Standards and provides some WAGOLL reports.
